We are accredited to the Independent Training Standards Scheme & Register (ITSSAR) who are approved by the Health and Safety Executive and all our instructors are trained to this high standard.

The courses comprise a mixture of classroom based and practical tuition. Successful candidates will receive their certificates once they can demonstrate a sound understanding of the theory aspects of the safe opertion of forklift trucks together with the expertise to successfully complete the practical examination.

 

Courses vary in length dependent upon previous experience. We train to a maximum candidate : instructor ratio of 3:1. Training can be job specific or it can be to a national standard. It can take place at our premises or at your place of work, where we will need a fork truck and a training area away from the working environment, preferably with a classroom/office area.
